I am Sister Nguyễn Ngọc Hữu from Quan Phòng Việt Nam parish, in the district Hưng Lợi of Cần Thơ City.

I know that you have always helped the handicapped people and I am writing to you today  to tell you about Mr. Nguyễn Thành Long.

Mr. Long was born on December 19, 1953, and is a resident of Châu Đốc - An Giang. He is handicapped from birth, his parents are now very old and he has no brother and sister. He lives near our parish and has to beg for a living.

Dear Doctor, could you be kind enough to get him a wheelchair so he can get about more easily.
